Shallipopi, the Benin City-raised artist who rose to prominence as the charismatic “Pluto Presido,” is preparing to release his third studio album, Auracle, on 5 December 2025.
Following the breakout success of his 2023 debut Presido La Pluto and the energetic 2024 follow-up Shakespopi, the 25-year-old has crafted a 22-track project that marks his most ambitious statement yet.
Known for blending raw street energy with sleek Afrobeats production, he now appears ready to add deeper lyrical and sonic layers to his rapidly expanding catalogue.
The rollout has already generated considerable momentum. Lead offerings such as the mesmerising “Laho” series, which includes high-profile collaborations with Burna Boy and Puerto Rican star Rauw Alejandro, have amassed tens of millions of streams, while the bouncy “Na So” and the recent Gunna-assisted “Him” have kept the streets buzzing.
Whispers of an appearance by Swae Lee have further heightened expectations, underscoring Shallipopi’s growing appeal beyond Nigeria’s borders and his ability to attract major international talent.With over 440 million career streams and a fiercely loyal “Plutomania” following, Auracle arrives at a defining juncture.
The album’s title hints at prophetic and spiritual undertones, suggesting the artist intends to move past fleeting viral hits toward a more reflective and enduring body of work.
