The All Progressives Congress has announced an extension of the deadline for the sale and submission of Expression of Interest and Nomination Forms for aspirants ahead of its forthcoming primaries.
The decision was taken to give prospective candidates additional time to complete the required processes.
In a statement posted on X, the party disclosed that the National Working Committee approved the extension during its meeting held on Thursday at the APC National Secretariat in Abuja.
The NWC noted that the adjustment was made in response to appeals from stakeholders and to ensure wider participation in the electoral process.
The party urged all aspirants to take advantage of the new deadline and ensure timely compliance with the guidelines.
