CDCFIB 2025 Recruitment: Official Physical and Credential Verification Centres, Schedule, and Guidelines Released

The Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire and Immigration Services Board (CDCFIB) has published the complete schedule and locations for the physical and credential screening phase of its 2025 recruitment cycle.

This exercise covers applicants to the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS), Federal Fire Service (FFS), and Nigeria Correctional Service (NCoS).

The verification stage, which began nationwide on 8 December 2025 and runs through 12 December 2025, serves to confirm the identity, academic qualifications, physical fitness, and overall eligibility of candidates who passed the recent Computer-Based Test held between 12 and 19 November 2025.

All shortlisted individuals were instructed to access the official recruitment portal (recruitment.cdcfib.gov.ng) from 1 to 3 December 2025 to verify their status, choose their preferred screening centre and date, and generate the required attendance slips.

Attendance at the assigned venue and time is mandatory; any candidate who fails to appear or does not present the stipulated original documents risks immediate disqualification.

Authorities have further advised participants to dress in plain white attire, arrive well ahead of schedule, and comply fully with all directives issued by screening officials.

Screening venues have been established in every state and the Federal Capital Territory to ensure nationwide coverage. Notable locations include, in Abuja, the NSCDC National Headquarters Auditorium, the Nigeria Immigration Service Conference Hall, the Federal Fire Service Command in Kubwa, and the Nigeria Correctional Service Headquarters Complex, all situated along Airport Road.

In Lagos, designated centres comprise the Correctional Training College in Kirikiri, the NIS Zonal Office in Ikeja, and the Federal Fire Service Training School on Western Avenue. Equivalent state-level facilities have been activated across the country.

Applicants are strongly encouraged to rely exclusively on announcements from the CDCFIB portal and verified social media handles for updates and to avoid fraudulent messages from unofficial sources.Photo credit: @Fedfireng / @official_NSCDC
