Bloom Energy Stock Triples in 90 Days

Bloom Energy’s stock has experienced a substantial surge, tripling in value over the past three months, largely due to its partnership with Oracle to power artificial intelligence data centers using Bloom’s fuel cell technology.

This partnership aims to provide reliable, clean, and cost-efficient power to support Oracle’s growing AI infrastructure needs.

Partnership Details: Fuel Cell Technology: Bloom Energy will deploy its fuel cell systems at select Oracle Cloud Infrastructure data centers in the US, capable of powering entire data centers within 90 days.

Clean Energy Solution: The fuel cells offer a low-emission, water-free electricity solution, aligning with Oracle’s sustainability goals and minimizing environmental impact.

Scalability: The partnership supports Oracle’s growth strategy, enabling the company to quickly deploy and scale power solutions for its AI infrastructure. The market’s reaction to the partnership has been positive, with Bloom Energy’s stock surging over 20% following the announcement.

Analysts at J.P. Morgan have upgraded their rating to “Overweight” and raised their price target to $33 from $18, citing the partnership as a catalyst for revenue growth and margin expansion.

However, Bank of America maintains an “Underperform” rating due to concerns about scaling beyond pilot projects. Despite this, Bloom Energy’s stock has surged 48.9% year-to-date, positioning it well for future growth.
