Famous for holding and punishing offenders of the laid down laws, the Directorate of the Road Traffic services is under fire for acting outside the law.A court sitting in Abuja headed by Justice Maha has condemned the act of impounding as a means of punishing offenders and stopping drivers.He maintained that the are not legals backing to the act and made an order restraining them from the act.This is the third time a court is intervening in matters of this nature with regards to the VIO and drivers, with Delta State being the first in 2021 and Enugu in 2022, Abuja making it the third.What do you think will bring and end to this?
